Where to purchase referrals?

If anyone has purchased referrals on a reputable PTC site and has actually had them clicking, thereby earning money for them, could they please let me know. I am in a position to purchase and dont want to throw the money away. Any genuine experiences would be appreciated.

What sites do you need referrals for? If I am not a member I would join under you! Just pm me your links ;-)
I havent gotten NEAR Buying referrals yet lol. not yet anyways... lol.
