i used to be really skinny.. (like, back when i was in high school), but right after college, and after i gave birth (im a single mom..hehe) i started gaining weight. it wouldve been ok if i am equally proportioned, but the thing is, i only retain fat in my tummy area.. i wanna try some exercise or diet routine (whatever would work).. can you give me some ideas? please? :)

I suggest a diet with lots of fruit and vegetables and cut back on food that has lots of sugar or fat. Check ingredients when you buy packed food and look at the calories it has in it. Have lots of exercise like dancing in the evening when you child is asleep. Try going for brisk walks or jogging. You might like to try skipping with a rope, doing sit ups or push ups. All these ideas would be cheap or free compared to going to a gym. My friends began an exercise class and they ran up a hill pushing their baby in their pushchair. They did lots of exercising and are thin again. Good luck losing weight and feeling healthy.
