How to convert .flv file to mp3, 3gp or any Nokia Readable file?

Hi, I need your help on which software that allows us to convert any .flv file (especially video from YouTube.com) into any readable file by Nokia NSeries device such as into .mp3 or 3gp file. Please help me to download free software and free of virus/adware/spyware... Thanks in advance.

Use ffmpeg a sw of linux. It is a great sw it can contest between various formats. It know about sw working in text mode so a basic knowledge of linux is necessary
