What you feel about keeping X lover name for their children

Forgive~Forget~ and MOVE ON! That is what I say. My 'O' MY... That just sounds like the person is not over their X. If that is the case- Why are they having children with someone else? I think that this is underhanded and rediculace. Underhanded because you know if you told your spouce there is NO Way they would agree to it. Rediculace that you are now moving on with your life and being happy with the one you are with. Why not name the kid after their father? Would that not be more appropriate?

i think its not fair to name your children after your EX lovers...wheeewww, sounds crazy to do that...you think, how would your partner react if he discover it that the name of your children came from your EX lovers...it doesn't shows coincidence...there are too many names in the world, you could even create a uniques name and not just pick from your EX lovers name...it's a freakin' feelin' if my partner would ever name our children after his EX...so i don't agree to that idea...

My former boyfriend told me before that he'd like to name his child after me in the future. I was so totally against it. I have a name which isn't common and for sure his future wife would know and will always wonder if he's over me or not. He ex is now married and thankfully,his kids aren't named after me. If that happened, it would even be more strange for his kids are all boys.

Oh my that is plain insanity. what would your partner think well unless of course if one does not know it wouldn't hurt them. but with millions of names around the world why? why would you name your kid after your ex? If you had so much good time together why didn't end up with each other. Come on, naming a child after the parent is gross for me ( yeah unless you are one of those royal bloods no) with so many name choices. what are these parents thinking?
