Do you like stuffed peppers?

My favourite stuffed peppers are made by my partner, who uses a rice and veg mixture held together with a spicy satay sauce. Delicious!

i do like stuffed peppers. about the only thing i do different is i put ketchup on the top of mine instead of cooking it in a tomato sauce but i would like that because i love tomatoes.

Growing up I wasn't a big fan of the peppers but I liked the filling... I don't care for green peppers...but then when I tried them with red peppers, they were tasty.

I like most red peppers stuffed with risotto rice and feta cheese - delicious! You have to cook the rice first, though, so they are a bit of a pain to make. I do them when we have people over as they make a great starter. I have never tried them stuffed with any kind of meat. I've only ever had them stuffed with rice, other vegetables and cheese.

That's funny. As a kid I didn't really like the smell either. My Mom made them the same way. She made them with the tomato sauce and the rice and meat mixture. I love them now, but the funny thing is still that I don't like the peppers. I like the flavor of them but to this day I don't eat cooked peppers. I will eat the red, yellow or green peppers uncooked, but I can't eat them cooked. They repeat on me for hours. So I will eat the mixture inside, but will throw away the cooked peppers.

I haven't had stuffed peppers in a long time but I remember them very well. They are delicious. I like them just stuffed with hamburger meat and I am thinking that cooking them with onions also would be pretty tasty.

I love stuffed peppers, and not just the ones you mentioned. my husband makes these hot chilli peppers stuffed with cheese, and then breaded with some kind of batter that he makes. YUMMY!!! He bought a load of chilli peppers at the farmers market this week, and is going to make those for dinner in the very near future.
