Is it really wrong?

Those who had been to my discussions and shared their comments, I had rated them. If there were only one response on a discussion, I have rated it the best response as there were no more competitor and the answer deserved to be the best response. Am I doing anything wrong by declaring them the best response.
I have few discussions which I am thinking of closing to reduced the list of unresolved discussions. But noone had responded it so far. I don't know why they did not attract readers. May be due to the time I had chosen to put them up at the Mylot. Anyway, I still look for responses in those discussions so that I can close them if someone responds to it.
Do you do the same and would like to close the discussions as I am closing?

I too have a few discussions that I didn't get a response to. Honestly some times I just forget about them and don't even get back to them until much later. I try to rate everyone that responds and I also try to give a best response, when I remeber. I guess since you brought it up I might as well go take care of some of those myself.
