will you get mad the whole day if you get mad firth thing in the morning?

I just woke up. So enthusiastic to start my online activities. But the first thing i saw was rejections among my online colleagues. It hurts. I am a little bit mad. But hoping I will be okay right away.
If you get mad first thing in the morning...are you mad the whole day?

Yes, hate to admit it, but if I get angry over something first or last thing of the day, I seem to carry it with me the whole day long.
As much as I try to shake it, it still plagues me. Eventually I will come around, I do not like to get p***ed off.

hi izathewzia... it depends what has made me mad. maybe i can get over it soon or in a few hours. i don't recall if i've been mad for a whole day. hope you can recover soon.
