What will you do if your work has been terminated?

A very demand work many years ago is Radio operators which mainly receive and transmit communication using a variety of tools. But when computers are now demand many fresh graduates with any courses are being enhance to use computers. Now guys here is my question What will you do if your position has been terminated?

I guess i would either update my education or go into a different field.

..if i would be terminated, I'm going to demand for my rights.. it's not so easy to terminate someone who already has a contract with the company.. that's why the company is responsible to give what is due to a person being terminated.. because it would be unfair to be removed from your job without any penny received.. how could you start a new..

yes they will have to pay for the years of being usable to their company.
