How long do you usually stay in a swiming pool?

I go swimming in summer and i stay there no more than 2 hours. Usually I swim quickly about 300 meters. Then I float in the pool or swim slowly to get rid the heat. If i stay there more than 2 hours i will feel cold and exhausted.
How long do you usually in a swiming pool?

well staying as much as 2 hrs in the pool is not healthy you may suffer from maseration, it is the condition in which your skin becomes easily bruise..... better if you feel a bit cold and you palm begun to crumpled better to get out in the water and take break stay healthy my friend.... live , laugh and love.....

Up to now i had only just gone to swim three times,i can not swim,i pay effort on swimming but i can't.If i can i will take all day in a swimming pool.
