In my work place, three people died unexpectedly because of hypertension. Hypertension is caused by several factors; elevated fat concentration in the blood, or essential (no apparent reason, inherited).
For people having high blood pressure, exercise is a very important factor in order to help decrease the blood pressure. Having a healthy lifestyle also reduces the risk of hypertension - eating vegetables, fruits, instead of fatty meat, cakes, and chocolates rich with calories. These are only a few of the many causes. Avoid salty, fatty and calorie rich diet.
What about you, do you have hypertension? What do you do to contain it? Watch out for this sneaky killer disease.

I had hypertension before but it was due to high cholesterol, LDL, and triglyceride levels. I had to cut down on a lot of foods especially the fatty ones. Lifestyle also contributes a lot as I was working back then I smoke quite a lot. It raises my blood pressure and increases the risk of having complications from hypertension.
The most notable would be stroke. With the high blood pressure, a vein in the head may not be able to handle the pressure and would just rupture. Most of the time, it results in blood clots that block the veins/arteries that deprives the rest of the brain some oxygen. It can kill instantly.
Just eat healthy, manage your weight well, frequently visit your doctor and live a health lifestyle.

No problem at all. And thanks for the add.
I already had 2 mild strokes and it was terrible. I just wish no one else would suffer the same thing. Take care my friend.

Hypertension is really very intersting.
For one thing, I believe that people were created and designed to do manual labor. Stress-related jobs like top management and other stressful jobs offer huge material benefits because they "kill in subtle ways."
Too much physical comfort has to be avoided if physical health is to be maintained.
Cheers:)

Hypertension is certainly kills a lot of people without their knowledge about it either it is inheritance or for the food that they were eating, My family also have this kind of sickness and it is inherited from blood and I knew it when I was pregnant with my Son and that was 13 years ago so in that moment I do changed the way I eat because I always loved to eat meat especially red kind of meat and even for vegetable like camote tops and ampalaya and I used to drink a herbal medicine which is a garlic......
