How Late Do You Stay Up On Mylot?

Well, I was just wondering is it worth it to stay up late and type discussions or add comments? Or does everyone get off real early because they think no one is on? I am usually up till about 4 am and I could totally be mylotting. So please tell me how late and how much time you spend on mylot so I do not waste my time. thanks
