do uyou belive in astral projection "Astral projection (or astral travel) is a controversial interpretation of out-of-body experiences (OOBEs) achieved either consciously or via lucid dreaming, deep meditation, or use of psychotropics. Proponents of astral projection maintain that their consciousness or soul has transferred into an astral body (or "double"), which moves in tandem with the physical body in a parallel world known as the astral plane." or do u think that its all made up and i peoples minds.

i believe in it but have only been able to do it once and it was through a test i was having done on my that was medical and painful so i kind of zoned out and then i found myself looking at a totally different area of the room as if i was facing it.. i had been lying down the whole time so it had to have been that.. i have tried though and as far as i would get is to levitate a little 
and most of the time in my sleep and people would see it and tell me i did it later..

no you can do it while awake you just have to mentally train yourself into going into a trance like state

thats very smart to have someone to watch his body so that its not moved or harmed. thats one thing about it, you really have to make sure that no harm comes to your vesal. i wonder how far one can travel in this form, and if there is any limitations to what one can do or where they can go.

I've never experienced it nor do I know of anyone that has. But I am not going to say that it can't be done. There are many things that happen all of the time that people would think not possible. This may be one of those things that only some people can do.

ya i don't many people have. i really don't know if its even possible, but what i think it is the mind visiting place that the person has been before.
I've hear of people doing it, but I've never heard any talk about going some where that they've never been before.

I really do believe in it. I've never experienced it myself, but I would like to. I have friends who have experienced it, and they said its an amazing, yet somewhat scary feeling.

ya it seem to be something that not many people experiance. its some thing that i would love to be able to try and do. form what i know about it, it takes alot of mind power and skill. i just wish i knew how long it would take to learn such a skill. the possiblity of where i could go and what i could see.

if you want to know more about astral projection,you can watch it at www.youtube.com with keywords "Astral Projection".But i`m not sure how to do astral projection.
Maybe someone who can do astral projection can tell us how does it feeling to do astral projection and about step to step how to astral projection and what we need before we travel to astral planet.

ya I'll check it out see what i can find. so what have you seen on youtube? hope fully there is some thing interesting on there. I'm going to try searching to see if i can find any information or steps on how to do it. if i find anything and if your interested i can send you the information about it. i think that I'll even post something about it on here so that people can read it.

I have been following this subject recently with interest.How true and believable it is I know will come only from your personal experiences. These experiences some go through in times of severe trauma, and others after continued training and practise over long periods of time.
