Which YOu like more ....Omlet ,Boiled Egg ,Raw Egg ?

i would usually prefer omlet instead of boiled egg or raw egg, because when u eat egg without proper cooking u will have some sort of foul smell in egg, so thats why i prefer omlet

i like omelet and boiled egg. i dont like raw egg. its disgusting. omelet and boiled egg is best for health unless it is cooked properly.

I prefer omlet and boiled egg. I never like raw egg. Boiled egg is best for health. Raw egg may contain bacteria and it is better to avoid raw egg.

Hi Ganesh44,
I like omelet and boiled eggs. but I prefer my boiled eggs to soft, don't like raw eggs and eggs are very good for you, its protein food.

As far as taste is concerned I prefer spanish omelet. even the boiled egg is fine with me. But as for the part of which of the three is healthy I will have to say raw egg.
The egg white is the healthy part of the egg and the yolk is usually harmful for us as it is a source of cholesterol. The egg white contains the protein called albumin which is a rich source of animal protein in our diet. The boiled egg has this albumin in coagulated form which is not digestible by our digestive system. Same with the egg white in the omelet. But in the rw egg this part is not coagulated and hence digestible by our digestive system. So to get the proper nutrition from the egg its better to eat it raw or from a half boiled egg which still has the egg white in a semi liquid form.
As far as raw egg having bacteria is concerned thats not possible. Egg is a single cell and there is no way anything else can enter it. One may suspect the presence of dirt and bacteria in the outer side of the egg shell but that can be taken care of by proper cleaning of the egg.

Now I know from your response that
-) Egg raw or half boiled egg is the best.....
-) Yolk part adds cholestrol so its not that good ....
-) Egg white has protein called albumin that can be digested by us only in the raw form.
