Any of you out there in mylot land use teeth whiteners? I talked to my dentist about Zoom Whitening and decided against spending that much money. I've been looking at some of the things on store shelves to try, but don't know what to use. I've tried the whitening stripes and toothpastes, but I don't like spending money if it doesn't work. Any suggestions to getting brighter whiter teeth?

I usually use baking soda and peroxide every two weeks. With me being a smoker and a huge coffee drinker I sometimes get the stains for that. I as well use Sensodyne with whitening. I have never used the stripes or anything but I have always been told by my dentis that I have such beautiful white teeth. And psst he doesn't know that I am a coffee drinker or smoker.
