first thing you do is, run your anti-virus, then you may clean the cookies of your explorer and next will be check if there is new application installed that eating much the memory of you computer..or it could be some problem with your memory or other periphirals of your computer..if you are not sure what to do, ask help of the technician..

Hi friend, if you keep on installing and unistalling different softwares, this will result to slow down your computer. Registry cleaner softwares helps here. Beside using anti viruses, also check for start up programs. Remove the unneccessary ones and clean up your temp files. But, one thing I do when my PC gets slow is to take back ups and format the OS. Am sure, This will solve your problem too.

Seems like you got adequate help on this. The one thing I'd immediately add is to try your antivirus and antispyware scans in safe mode. Simply reboot your computer, hit the key for safe mode (typically F8) and then run the scans from there. It may improve the chances of finding bad programming. It could also be full of too many files and programs especially if you have background programs - these are constantly running and they can slow a computer if too many of them are running. You can also try getting new and better memory, but be sure to know what your computer can handle.

i am a mojor computer geek so i think i know what you could do. The cheap and quick fix is to go into your list of programs and remove any sort of programs you have that you dont use. then delete any old files you may have just lying around on your hard drive to clear up some space. another great fix is to back up all of the files you need on an external hard drive then re install windows. finnally if you really want to keep you computer at max speed buy a new 4 gig ram card and a new processor, i suggest a 2.6 intel duo processor and have them both professionally installed.

First you have to run your anti-virus system, it will help you to delet unwanted files and cookies. you cam download IDM or internet download manager.

I am using Norton 360 version 2 anti virus. This is really a good one and very light on your system too whic will help you in better performance of your PC. I'll suggest it to buy it from the official site of Symentech. If you have less money to spend, then you can get it absolutely free by downloading it from www.katz.cd. IDM won't help in speed up your PC. It'll only be useful while downloading stuffs from net. IT'll fasten up the download speed. You can download it also from the same site.

Clear your internet temporary files, refresh and it should be better. Clear unwanted files, caches and cookies too. Empty your recycle bin.

I had one of the keys drop off my laptop so a rang up Dell and they got me a new keyboard. They asked if I had anymore problems and so I mentioned my laptop ran far too slowly. They suggested buying extra memory for it so they sent me something to put inside my laptop and now it runs much faster. Good luck at getting your computer to run faster.
