Hi all I was wondering what the area51 rumor is all about.. Do you perhaps know anything about it ? Like what do you think is area51, and what goes on in it ? Secret government things, or just ordinary simple things ? :D I think nothing goes on in there, it is just a diversion in my opinion.. Thx

I have heard about this Area 51 when I was watching the movie Independence Day. I am not really sure if this is true or not. I am not in the United States. Maybe it is true maybe it is not. Well, the government does have a lot of secret most especially on matters affecting national security. True or not, remains a mystery to me and I would really love to know.

it is common for the government to float rumors ... about an area, or about a project. ... to avoid speculation, and to avoid being detected. Area51, of USA might be one among such ideas of the authorities. in INDIA, if you remember the second nuclear testing, ... our the then DEFENSE MINISTER, .. Mr.George Fernandes, .. reported two days before.. that CHINA, our neighbor... is our first enemy. and not PAKISTAN... all the world attention then went to the borders of INDIA and CHINA.. and there had been quite a furore about this.. all the eyes were looking away, from the site where the TEST went off quite peacefully, and successfully, without being detected. .... got it?
