i was just wondering that how that admins check for the every post and discussion started on mylot. its like thousands of new post and discussions are being made here and isnt that hard job to check all these posts? do anybody have idea about that if they look and read all exactly ? i think if they are doing like that both me and all should appreciate the work they do here and stop complaining about small things because they are really working hard to make the site better :)

Yeah, it would be. These are the number 2 and 3 guidelines from mylot about discussions: [i]Help us out and report trolls, flame wars, and troublemakers by sending an abuse report to myLot. Help out when you can. The myLot staff tries to monitor the site constantly, but we also need your eyes and ears to catch problems when they arise and report abusive behavior. Yeah as already pointed out they only really read the ones we report. Now a year ago someone said that mylot has a system the keeps track of all of us users activities, not only how many discussions we started or reply to, but also how man words we used and that mylot uses this as part of their system for deciding who gets paid what. So if this is the case, between that and us reporting violations, they really don't need to read our posts. I do know those that post one liners or one word as a reply do not make as much as those that really put some effort into. So there has to be someway they are keeping up without reading everyone of our posts.
