Referral sites

I've seen many people advertising traffic exchange sites and sites like getref here but I'd like to know what sites are the best ones. I've tried a few traffic exchange sites myself but none of them worked for me. So, I'd like to know what sites have worked for best for you. And I can join as your referral if I think the site is good enough to join... Thanks!

There is a traffic exchange that has helped me bring more referrals in in just a few days and let me tell you its neither one of those highly rated sites. The highly rated sites only get you traffic, but the small ones get you referrals. i will send you the link, just add me to your friends!
