Hi-tech thieves target Olympics..
August 10, 2008 1:03am CST
Beware.. of the spam mails that you may receive, stating in it that you have won a olympic lottery..and the mails that claim that offer you gold medal. Never click on any video links , claiming " watch this CNN video report" or open any mails sent by these hackers, it is said that these links appear to be original. Travelling with the fake messages is a booby-trapped Adobe PDF that, if installed, steals data from a compromised PC... Just delete these mails and keep you PC safe, out of reach of these hackers.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7548870.stm Cheers Saivenkat.

Hi saivenkaat802003! Oh goodness, hackers really would do and use anything just to steal or ruin people's computer data. I really don't open any emails that are sent to me by people I don't know. Thanks for this information. I will be on the look out for this mails and just delete them as soon as I see them in my inbox. Take care always..God Bless!

Thank you. I get these spam emails alot claiming that I have won the lottery this one is different. Anyhow I mark them as spam. That is awful whoever started this . The sad part is there is no way to know who started it. There should be a way to catch these spammers. Unfortually they get away with it.
