If your child walked or rode a bike to and from school

everyday would you provide them a cell phone to keep in touch with you?

I would only provide a prepaid cell phone for "my child" if I had one and he/she rode a bike home from school.. With prepaids you dont have as much danger of predators contacting them through messaging etc..Since there are all kind of limitations;)_+
