Hundred Islands...Have you been there?

I'm from Pangasinan,I've been to different places in philippines but either you believe or not I never been yet to hundred island in ALaminos, Pangasinan..the place is nice as they said where I know its really nice specially when the sun goes down, the place the food..
About you? have you been there already?..or you want to see these amazing form of islets..

we'll many of my friends ask same questions..i've been to labrador, bolinao, lingayen,dagupan & san fabian where nice beaches also only hundred island i never been yet because every time my family & relative plan to visit the place i'm not with them eithet we have out of town work or duty in my work in manila..i wish before i go again to other places,try spend sometime in hundred island..you want to go with me?..hehehe.

Oh, I haven't been there yet. Maybe someday. I haven't toured all of Philippines tourist spots. But it's one of my plans in the next five years to visit all fo them. The hundred islands is one of them.
Why haven't you visited it yet, anyway? It's really close to you.

Wow! You are a traveler. Filipino, I am but I have never been to most of the places you mentioned. One of my wishes in life too is to travel at least the famous places of our country. I am from Manila, and of course I had been to every corner of it, on all occasions and on all times. I love to go travel too but due to tight budget thats why I just dream. But I am saving now, I wish to travel sometime a year from now. Take care and happy myLotting.

your right,before you travel outside philippines try to visit wonderful places in our country. much much cheaper thatn visitign places outside country..few kilometers away from you, lot of spots you can choose from..set the target dates and try take a look in a certain place where you can visit not just one tourist spot so that you can maximize your budget..have a great day..

I envy you! I've only been up to Bohol and I live in Cebu. So that means I've never been to Luzon nor in Mindanao. I really do plan to travel the entire Philippines before I ever step my foot on foreign territory. Hehe.
So my answer is obvious, it's a no. But I sure do hope I can go there. I hope you can go there too. :)
So where in the Philippines have you exactly been to? :)

i've been to baguio, vigan, zambales,pagugpod,benguet,bolinao,lucena, quezon,albay,bohol,cebu,camiguin,davao,cagayan de oro,Iligan city..many more but these palce I got great experieces..still many more in my list i want to go and discover the beauty of philippines..

I've never been there and I'm sure it must be amazing experience to be there. There are so many lovely places in Philippines. But what I'm really looking forward to see is the Rice Terraces I just saw in the TV and it looks so lovely. I'm sure food will be great in hunderd island because it's fresh! Especially seafoods.

How come you never been to Hundred Island? I been to hundred island twice and the last one was two years ago. It is still a a beautiful place. Each island has it's own flavor for you to experience. It is a bit crowded now and the facilities, instead of improving it's deteriorating. It's a shame that it is not being develop very well. The water are clear and with a good snorkel, you can see the fishes around you. You don't have to have scuba gears to do. Just around the island you can see the beautiful fishes among the corral. If time permit we will see Hundred Island again.

good to hear you about the place my friend, as my cousin telling me that it will take over by NGO's or private sector in order to develop more and to attract more visitors and tourist..i'm planning to visit the place next year, nearly summer time..
even I'm too near in the place but the chances are so tight..my family and friends been there so many times but sad to say i was not with them due to work..but now that I'm here now in the province, i will take good chance to be there..

I've been to Alaminos, Pangasinan before. But I wasn't able to go to the island itself. You need to take a boat ride before you read the place. And believe me, I am scared of riding boats. But I've seen it from afar while I was buying souvenirs. I've seen it also in documentaries and It really is a great place. HUGZ!

this is one of my dream place to see. and even i am originally from luzon, i never been to hundred islands. i really want to see it since childhood, but destiny made me grow older here in the visayas where there are also lots of beautiful places to go. (neildc @ red/88/1540)

yes, lot of beautiful places also in Visayan Island..I dream to see those palces too.. I visited the Lapu-Lapu Shrine..the chinese temple..the malacañang of South..many more..but try also palces in Northern part..baguio, benguet, Ilocos Region(Pangasinan, Ilocos Sur & norte)...

I've been to Hundred Islands once and this is also a great experience. It was very beautiful and I love the sand. It's best to go there during Summer so you'll get to see the better look of white sand and the blue hue of the water. I will see to it to go back there again.

I haven't been there yet but i have been to Pangasinan already..my grandmother's mother originated from Pangasinan that is why i was able to visit there..we have been to Our lady of Manaog and also to Lingayen gulf..we are planning to go to hundred islands when we have time and money..^_^

I see, so where you from Pangasinan, I'm from SAn Carlos City..the City of Hope..I'm planning to go there by summer..hope to see you there..still og wonderful places in our country where you will not spend much money in order to be on those places..Have a great day..

Have not been to Hundred Islands.I wish i could visit the place when we get our much awaited vacation - coming March09

I went there once, years and years ago. We stayed overnight at The Last Resort - I wonder if it's still there. We got to visit only one of the islands for lack of time - we were on an official trip actually, and had not brought any swimwear. It was so beautiful - the water was so clear, it made me want so much to just dive in. I'd love to go there again!

I haven't been there yet but I do plan to go the Philippines one day in the not too distant future. I think that the Hundred Islands look stunning so I would love it if I could go there. I adore tropical island hopping and I love to go snorkeling in the ocean to see colorful coral and friendly fish. I like to stay in rustic accommodation like a thatched beach hut. Then it is wonderful to hear the waves crashing against the shoreline during the night time. I enjoy a warm or hot climate.
