Dear Katwoj, Life is a very funny thing, it has great ups and dreadful downs, it can be a roller-coaster of a journey, but is always worth the ride. It takes very bad times for us to appreciate the good times, and the bad times always seem to last longer than the good. A few things to remember. If you are low, the only way is up and things can only get better for you. There have been many times in my life where I thought that everything was crashing down on me, but somehow I have always survived, lived through it and come out better than before. My advice is to be strong, cry when you need to and count on your friends/ family as much as you can, forgive, even if you don't want to and you'll feel better for it. When I feel sh*ty I play some nostalgic music, it makes me smile. I hope that I helped you smile and that you feel better soon and if you would like to talk about anything feel free to message me, at any time. Good luck Thanks for reading Rob:)

Try to focus on all the good things in life. Get out a pen and paper and write all the things you are grateful for. Let go of any past hurts. The past is long gone. Don't worry about the future because it isn't here yet. Just focus on today and what you can do to enjoy it. I wish you well.
