CrewBux has always been a very reliable site and pays almost instantly. During the olympics they're reducing minimum payout by $1 every time their team gets a medal. Right now minimum payout is $2.99

i think as you i dont understand this and i think that is not good idea because this can be that the site will not can with all payments is very dangerous to the admin.

Yeah, no kidding! Especially if it doesn't cost you anything to sign up anyway. You are certainly not going to lose anything, and you just might pick up a few extra dollars here and there.
