I have a BP of 130/80

I just had my blood pressure counted and had a result of 130/80. The doctor told me that my heart is getting bigger. What made me laugh when she said all because I was fat.
hahaha.. Considering my health condition during my college years, my health is really deteriorating, all because I was negligent about it.
How bout you? How's your fitness profile?

Your BP isn't bad at all. HOw old are you? I'd bet with the "old" standards your BP is perfectly fine LOL
However, from being over weight, you can get an enlarged heart which can kill you quickly.
My heath is fine. I am a bit out of shape but my BP is where it is suppose to be.

Hi, I'm only 24 years old and that result is freaking me out. I had 90/70 a few weeks ago, not it's 130/80. It's way too far.

Well were on the same BP in here except mine has reach 90 not 80. My doctor said that it is worsening since my diastolic is rather high. I need to reduce or else i might get High BP. What is more wrong with me is that I got diabetic too which makes things even worse.
