Rocking on the Runway....

Last month I heard that our local commuinty is hosting an all day concert at our airport....and LOVERBOY is coming....OMG!!! Anyone who anyone who knows me knows that I am an 80's diva queen. Maybe I do not have the Big bang theory going on or the leg warmers....but I still crave the music....and I was only 10-12 during this era....but hey it influenced my life.
So I am sooo psyched about this...even though my mom says that they are old enough to be my grandfather....rocking grandfathers.
So my quesiton to you mylotters is this? What 80's bands have you seen within the last year or so who are reuniting to tour? ANd were they just as good as you remembered?
I let you know about my Rocking on the Runway next month.

I saw Journey and they were still as good as they were, with or without Steve Perry. I've seen Boston, they sounded just like the record. Van Halen was good too.

OOOOOh, I am jealous I love Van Halen and heard they were touring. AHHH. How fun. Yeah a bunch of us girls are going to this thing next month and I am just excited because it's an all day event and for once I am off of work at the same time. Yeah for me.
Did you see all of them recently? or not?

No it wasn't recent, it was a while ago but I've seen DLR and Sammy Hagar fronting. Both are good in my opinion, I just went to see EVH play guitar.

Are you from Owensboro?
I ended up not going...and I heard the turnout didn't do so well, but everyone who did go had fun that i know of. I also heard they will be doing it again next year...
