Why do people take things that don't belong to them?

Please tell me the answer to this question. My sons brand new bike was stolen from the backyard at my moms house. I'm pretty sure I know that the kid upstairs took it. How do I find this out for sure? I have been waiting to see him but I haven't seen him to even ask or follow him to see where he hangs out. I just bought this bike and i'm really ticked off that someone thinks they have the right to go and take it. He was so upset I just went out a bought him another brand new bike to ride. It makes me so angry that someone else can do something so terrible. Can anyone tell me how I can catch this kid? From what I hear he sells the bikes for drugs, his own brother says this because he has stolen bikes from him before too. I am gonna catch him in the act.

good Luck! we had a car stolen from an acquaintance of the family knew it was him but couldn't land the evidence to give to the police. People can be so mean now a days and they just don't care.

people usually take others belonging because they want that for their personal use, it depends upon their requirement, its us who have to be careful
