i was a supervisor for a call center years ago. To be a call center customer service rep, it takes patience and you have to be tough.
Call centers can be the most frustration place to work. People get mad at you. Yelling over the phone. They demand you fix issues that are beyond your control.
System down times during busy times can be a pain.
If you get stressed out quickly, this is not the job for you.
