No religion can,t do it. Jesus Said " No one can come to my father without me" He not said " You must be Christian to be save . Christian is about Faith. Religion is from below to above ( an action from human searching for God) Faith is From above to below (God searching for Human) so can Human enter the "House of God" by himself?

You don't need any religion to "save you from your sins." You can make a strong effort of will and stop sinning right now. By the way, what exactly do you mean by sin? Cheers and happy mylotting

Religion can really save our sins, why would Jesus established religion if no one would save? What is the purpose of religion if everyone is not saved

Nope, absolutely not.. Religion can't save us. It's by God's grace that we are save and not by works so that no one can boast. Through Christ we will be save, by having faith on Him alone. And it's not about religion anyway, it's about relationship with God, how intimate you are with Him

That all depends on whether or not any given person believes in "sin"..I for one DO NOT...I dont think there is any such thing as sin and I actually think that believing in sin is a cop-out and a cover up....For those who DO believe in the concept of "sin" though, again it depends on the individual...I know ppl who are NOT religious at all BUT believe in sin...they do however have "faith" (what the faith is in varies from person to person obviously)..

From a Buddhist perspective there is no such thing as sin so there is nothing to be saved from. Sin is a human construct conceived to force people to go along with the constraints of religious dogma.

religions are many in this world and each have their own version about God.Hinduism has multiple gods who fight each other. They have the story of Monkey showing the way to God to reach his wife.No religion could tell us reach the real God.they say about God but it seems to me that it never come for help.please visit my blog site to reach the real God www.iamtheonlyway.blogspot.com

Religions are claimed by their adherents to be of divine origin. Thus the practising believers are convinced there is forgiveness for the sins that they have committed provided they sincerely repent from their mistakes and strife not to make the same mistake again. Religions are codes of conduct by which to carry oneself in life, those who follow (parts of) these codes are convinced they may be able to benefit from them if they commit to them sincerely. Non-religious people in the traditional sense of the word, may hold very opposing views and they may or may not see the benefit of some of the religious teachings, in any case they will generally not attribute these benefits to any religion. So in the end the the answer really depends on whether one is an adherent to any religion or not, or whether there are people who can see the benefit of (some) of the religious teachings and find no objection in applying its tenets into their own lives albeit in some altered form. The distinction however should be made between what is considered a sin and what is considered merely a mistake. Non-religious people will most likely favor the word mistake whereas religious people will in all likelihood fancy the word sin.

depending on us if we really sincerely open up our sins to the lord and not pretending to the people that having a religious group will save them easily.

in our life there are so many things we want to do and need to do,but we will encounter so many difficulties,so we must do our best to do,meanwhile we have no much confidence and then we need religion, cause religion is a kind of belief,a strong belief can strengthen our strength,so sometimes religion can give us a strong belief

No we need our own faith and intelligence to save ourselves. Only we cansave ourselves Religione is just the words. We have to have the knowledge and faith in the Supreme Being in order to make it possible. No one else can do it for us or make it possible for it to happen for us. Shalom~Adoniah

No. Religions have nothing to do with knowing God. Religion just confuses things--just my opinion.

No, we don't. We need religions to decide things are sins in the first place, and make us feel bad about not avoiding them. For some reason. At least you might, anyhow.
