canadian rights of visitation for grandparents

I need to find out how I can access visitation rights to a grandchild in Ontario, Canada,. The mother of the child will resist.

I would think the first thing you need to do is get a lawyer. They can tell you what your rights would be as the grandparent. I hope everything works out for you.

thx, I am hoping to do the research first, in order to save lawyers fees. I'm sure I will need one eventually, but if I educate myself first, it may save time & money in the lawyers office.
