that was awesome.. wonderful..!! i would say it.. short and very precise and straight forward. great and glad that you shared it to us.. i didn't waste time too in sharing it to every forum that i am a member (paid or not). i believe i have to and do my share even i am a safety advocate and a CPR instructor. that is the best video i have ever seen and the one that i am looking for. that's definitely the great way of sharing knowledge..!! hats off to you.!!

After seeing this,I realised it had slipped my mind how long it has been since I actually did any training in CPR,Searched online and found several links to demonstration videos on Youtube-so watching Youtube could even save somebody's life one day!

that is so true, we should refine and polish our skills in doing trainings like like in CPR. most of the times, people hesitate to perform coz they forgot already the training they have before. videos are good if coupled with actual practice with a manikin so you can feel again how it is in doing in the real world.
