Overlord Help

Myself and my s/o have been trying for weeks now to get all the Survivor Achievements. So far have only been able to get the 5 minute one.
Aside from the fact that the servers seem to be insane with HUGE lag lately, any tips, tricks, etc. that will help with this?

I remember when I had that game to get the achievements. The survivor ones are the hardest. For any the survivor, use the one map, forgot its names, but it has four doors and is in the middle of a town or city or whatever, use that one. Then, all you have to do is get out, I think 20 reds, 5 blues, and 5 greens. Then on the top of the little stairway, there are barrels that drop equipment that you must continue to break and upgrade your guys. Once your guys are all upgraded, it just takes patience and a little luck.

Aww. Too bad you didn't get the game just to play for fun.
I tried the map you are talking about, but found that about 17 minutes into it, being surrounded was not cool. LOL
Instead I found the first map to be better as you can just run around the big square. Unfortunately, the person I was playing with was having internet problems. That compounded with the HUGE server lags just made it impossible.

No problem. And yeah, the map does get crowded, but that is where your partner comes in. If he is doing his job and you are doing yours, you can win. It just takes a bit of strategy and like I said, some luck won't hurt either.

I have always had the worst luck with games. LOL It is amazing I have been playing video games for nearly 20 years now. Yikes! LOL
We are going to try again tonite. Hopefully he remembers he needs to be a bit away from me. I'll let you know how it went. :D
