Alertpay Randomizer and $1 matrix

Hi guys,
I need help from you. Im already thinking of joining these matrices but i am still in doubt, plus, alertpay doesnt want to charge my cc since its divided into 2 payment. $3 for sponsor and another $2 for admin fee.
Do you guys know if these stuff really works?

This only works for the Admins or sometimes the first members who join the site. The Admins will put extra weights to their accounts so that their names will show up more than any other accounts. On the other hand for people who are first to join the program statistically have a better chance of someone signing up under their accounts. Good Luck!
