how to delete discussion

Based on the knowledge I have about mylot, once members post discussions, it stays on mylot forever and cannot be deleted unless the mylot admin does it. So, it's always good to check things out before posting a discussion. Anyway, the incidence of duplicate postings of discussions are so prevalent on mylot that I think it can be considered a norm. This is because there are so many discussions started each day and with time and members growing, there's bound to be people with the same ideas. Depending on your luck, some of these duplicate discussions will be deleted by the mylot admin while some will stay. Tell you what....just leave the discussion as it is. If the mylot admin wants to delete the discussion, hey presto, that's what you want, right? If it's not deleted, it stays on mylot and people can respond to it, even if it's a duplicate. That's not a bad thing either I guess....well, happy mylotting and don't think about this issue too much, k?

hi ghall, as far as i know, we cannot delete a discussion we posted on mylot. it's like engraved here mylot admin is the only one who can delete discussions. don't be so hard to yourself. that's ok to start a similar topic with other posted discussion. it can happen to everybody, and has happened to many mylotters. just try better next time. take care
