im so frustrated

My family lives in a small town that is growing year by year. And today i was trying to find a pediatrician for my unborn child because my doctor says they have to be there for the birth, but it seems all the pediatricians are in the next town over and with gas prices i really dont want to travel that far. I just dont understand why they all seem to be leaving here, there are children born here too! Im just so frustrated.

Maybe there is not enough business in the small town to keep them there. Or even maybe the hospital in that town isnt up to their standards. It isn't like you have much of a choice if that is where the pediatrician is I guess you have no choice but to travel. I hope it isnt too far. When are you due anyways? My pediatrician did not have to be there at the birth but he did check her the first day at the hospital.
