Racist or not

I'm forever laughing my head off at jokes that,i wont lie,are racist,but they are still in fact jokes.Is anone else really tired of the PC police telling us what we can and cant laugh at.I can understand that nobody wants to be offended but why cant they just take it in the spirit it was intended.?

sometimes yes i find my slef laughing but only if it is like a joke but the thing is if you say a joke in the wrong way or laugh at it in a certain way or even say it to the wrong person it can end up in a bad way like can encourage fights or people get offended if you say jokes its better with just friends to avoid conflict.
