Update on my nephew

For those that were part of my first discussion about my nephews terrible car accident, I thought I would give you an update on his condition. He went home today! The doctors used needles and probes to make sure all his senses and everything were working correctly and then told him he could do just as well at home. He's only supposed to sleep, eat and use the bathroom, but it's got to be nice being home.
He was in the hospital for 12 days. It could have been longer though. He was very lucky. The doctors are amazed at his progress. They said his youth and good health played a big part in his fast recovery.

Isn't it fascinating the way the human body can heal itself? It is good to hear your nephew is at least well enough to continue his recovery in the comfort and privacy of his own home. Twelve days in the hospital these days is a very long time. It sounds like the doctors are quite impressed with his recovery. Wonderful. Alot of positive MyLot vibes are being sent his way!

It sounds like a rather nasty wreck! I'm glad he's doing better and has been able to return home after such a long stay. Hopefully, he'll get all of the rest he's been prescribed, take it easy, and heal quickly. I'll be thinking healthy thoughts for him!
