Are you effective or efficient?

The terms "Effective" and "Efficient" mostly goes together. Can one be efficient but not effective? Or can one be effective but not efficient? Which is more important: to be effective or efficient? What about you, are you effective or efficient?

To be effective, i think. A teacher can be most efficient but fail to be effective with his students.

Yes I agree, just because you are efficient it doesn't mean you are effective.

I'm efficient because I do what it akes to make it in this world.I might not have all that I wat but,I definitely have what i need.This is enough for me at this point in my life.
