i joined a gym nearly 2 months ago and it was really interesting till 1st month, i was regular but after the time is passing i am feeling it very booring it may be because i am not seeing any improvements can any one help??? what kind of food should i be eating and what kind of amount.. i am a person of 6'2 then also i weight only 62-64 i am really pranked by many of people can any one help me with this?? i am searchin all this stuffs in net but it is really not helping!!
