Why does everyone want to make 'Sachin' hit the headlines?

I really don't know why media and public always want to talk of Sachin when it comes to cricket, especially indian cricket. There are very many things that happen to many players but Sachin hits the headlines many times than others. I think people want to much facts of Sachin more often than others.
Lets not forget that Ishant sharma had some injuries coming back from Australia. Now he has developed some problem. Harbajan had some problems. Zaheer has problems round the year. Kumble injured just before IPL. Yuvaraj is injured. Now Laxman who plays only test cricket is also getting injured. and the list goes on.
Why do people want to talk and highlight that Tendulkar has got injury now and what next, how many matches he missed, how many he played, ......
I am not against Sachin hitting the headlines but lets not make fun with one single name. Injury is a part of sports life and everyone gets it especially when they play at such tight schedules.

Why Media and Public wants to talk about sachin is ... He IS Sachin.. With Lot of Match Winning performance.. Records.. He is Not Some One who became star in one day... He is the One who ruled.. and shown India how to play the game of cricket.
He is not the one who we can ignore. He will live till there is cricket in India.

yeah correct one that. i accept that he is a star. but lets not make him hit the head lines when he is injured or not in form..... even others get injured or have bad form. lets be positive and encourage rather than saying 'what will happen to sachin', 'will he play', 'does he need to play' and all that. this is what hurts me. that is the media is negative in its approach in an attempt to sensationalize news.

sivanj i also agree with you i do not know why people are so crazy 
for making sachin in the news because some months earlier when he became free from matches he had gone to vacations at hill station with family and they all were meaning media people had reached there and they were just covering each and angle like some alien had come these media people are stupid on this ground
