When I was in my teenage years, I cried often whenever I encounter problems. I feel light after crying. It's as is I had a big release. But now, as I get older, I realized that I do not cry at all to most of my problems. I don't know, nut maybe I just had enough tears or maybe I became a stronger person. How about you do you cry over your problems?

i'm just like you, in that sense. I always cry before in my teenage years. But it didn't make me feel lighter. Now, i seldom cry anymore, because i knew that i have to face what i have to face. I can cry for a while, but after that i know, i have to do what i have to do in order to get out of that problem. :)

I usually felt lighter after I've had a good cry but it's not something that I did in public. My own parents didn't even know. I've adopted a very strong facade. Even until now I still have crying bouts during highly stressful situations but one thing doesn't change, I still do it privately.

For me, I guess it would depend on what kind of problems I encounter. Problems that involve emotions, relationships, those are the kinds of problems that do make me cry. But they don't occur in my life too often. Most of the problems that I encounter are financial, or maybe work related. Those are the kinds of problems that can be solved concretely. Relationship problems are difficult to deal with. They affect the emotions, the feelings. The last time I cried was when I had problems with my family - my mother, my sisters and my brothers. I was so emotional that my hubby was so upset with them because he never wants to see me cry!

Crying is a source of self consoling for any grief however big it is when you cry for some time the tears will wash away that sorrow crying is in one way the self medicine nature has bestowed to living things when you are in pain also you shout and cry this relieves your pain so when ever you feel like crying don't try to stop it or don't stop other person from crying . crying is natures medicne.

I am rather the opposite. I was the introvert type and kept things to myself but I think the cry out type is better. When you cry out you feel reliefed which I think is good for ones health. These days with rampant heart related diseases, try as much not to be stressed up. voice out your problems to someone you can rely on and I believe there can be solution to them. You do not necessary have to cry as a grown up.
