I also drink both types of water. When I lived at home in Michigan I could drink the water directly from the tap and it tasted fine. Now that I live here in Florida in an apartment I usually have to run the water through my brita filter first otherwise it tastes quite funny. The only time I buy bottled water though is if I'm away from home like at work, shopping, or driving around. I never buy packs of bottled water to drink at home. My brita filter does the job just fine, plus I save a good deal of money!

It's very rare that I drink bottled water but I also don't really drink that much tap water! I obviously in that case drink more tap than bottled but I suppose I should drink more per day!! x

My grandparents used to have really hard water. It did not taste good to drink.

I have installed a triple water filter system.. and we all use it..for drinking and cooking..
Previously, We used boiled water..back in 2001. we got this filter, and since then using it..

I prefer bottled water because it is suppose to be cleaner
but when bottled water is not available then tap water is just as good for me.
But if i am in a resturant and they want me to pay for the bottled water than I rather get the tap water because usually I dont drink much while eating.

at home, me and the rest of my family either drink the one filtered or the one boiled.. although our water is clean, my family wants to be very very sure that the water we take in is very clean.. it's because it is better for them to be sure than to be sorry later.. it saves us from getting sick and paying a lot for the medicines.. but when i'm away from hope, i usually bring bottled water because just like you, i find drinking from bottled water very convenient.

Tap water tastes so bad I wouldn't drink it if my life depended on it.I prefer bottled water and filtered water that i can set up in my house.That way I dont have to worry about how contaminated the water is and what it's doing to my body.
