macro bucks credited

Hi i have been working with macrobucks60 for a while and ummmm i have done i think like 5 or 6 offers but like 5 of them went through pretty fast but i did the 6th offer and have not been credited so i went to request a credited and they said they needed informaton from my comformation e-mail so i went to go find the e-mail and i couldnt find it at all. please please someone help me
