How can i recover my body shape after pregnancy and giving birth?

Hi everybody! I have a beautifull 7 months baby daughter. After she was born i obviously kept i bigger tummy and legs than before. I didnt become fatter, just got bit tummy and big legs and bottom... Is there any exercise to recover my shape or at least to be nearer than i am at the moment... Or any spcific and healthy diet?

Hi Khanana, [i]I guess you have to start with the food that you are eating, start to cut sweets as well as carbohydrates then have a regular exercise, even if you will only follow some video in doing so if it's not possible to jog or walk because of the baby! I have a lot of friends who join gym program after delivering a baby because of the same problem![/i]
