What is the weirdest you have seen when pulling up to another car at a red light

Ok, it is normally that I see people talking on the phone and ok, but have you ever drove up to someone and stop and look in their car and you are shocked, like how can you drive doing that.
I have seen people who are driving and they are sitting their reading a book.
