Best Race

Yep, I didn't really see a topic like this here, but let's try it out.
What do you think is the best race in World of Warcraft? Personally, my favorite are the Gnomes. I don't know why, but there is something really awesome about those little guys. The gnome warriors and rogues are pretty awesome, and being a gnome warlock pretty much owns the game.
My second favorite would have to be the Blood Elves, and that one I can't really explain. I just like them.
So what are your guys' take on the "best" race of World of Warcraft?

Undead :S not only are there racials good but also they look cool xD well if you design the character right :P lol.

I play a gnome too! They are just cute and truly funny when it comes to their inventions! I dislike all the horde characters. I tried playing an undead mage but it just gave me nightmares :)

Undead I like them they look cool and they can swim a long time under water.

My favorite in the Horde: the bloodelves, i like their personality and history, the undead they are cool, and can remove fear with their racial ability. and the orcs, they make good warriors because of the racial abilities.
In the alliance i would go with human, they have very good racial abilities, or the draenei, i like the way they look.
But i usually choose the race depending on the class i will choose for that character.

Well, I'm horde, and my main is an orc, but as far as best race overall, I really like the night elves. The night elves seem as though they should be on the Horde side and the blood elves should be Alliance. Don't they seem to match up better that way?

I personally hate all short races, like gnomes, dwarves, taru-taru, etc. My favorite characters are Blood Elves right now. I have 2 blood knights, a blood mage, and a blood warlock. My second favorite is the dranei, of which I have a hunter with a black lion pet. As for best race, they are all incredible(except gnomes and dwarves, grr) yet all are flawed in their own ways (especially gnomes and dwarves, grr).
