Is There a Member Here Who is also a Member of Pay2Surf?

If you are also a member of Pay2surf, I would just like to ask if you have reached the minimum payout which is 40 dollars and have you been able to request payment? The instruction on how to request for payment is click the balance on the stats section of the pay2surf page. However, it seems that there is no link for that so it can't be done.
If what I know is not correct kindly share the right way of requesting for payment. Thanks in advance
