That's right - it's not just politicians you can't trust! These people, already in trouble for dumping people on Skid Row when they'd been in the hospital too long or hanging around too much (some of whom weren't even indigents, but merely sick people, physically and mentally), have now been caught in a new low, scamming us out of tax dollars in order to pump up their revenues!! This is big business already with big money trying to make more money!!! And, yet people still blame the poor for ripping off government??? Like in Philadelphia, a few years back, a hospital closed its doors, but not before the CEO cleaned out the hospital's trust funds full of donated money covering certain departments and procedures. What a nice mess that was!
