How many of you do annual physical check up regularly. I skipped this year because, i didn't feel like going to doctor's office and don't like them sucking my blood. How many of you do it regularly

its not necessary to have a medical check up every day, the imprtant thing is you must have regular daily health, balance diet and excercise, you can go for chek up once in a month its very very ok!!!

hello! going for a check up gives a little hustle but it really is essential. well, i have mine done annually usually on the 1st quarter of each year. but my ultrasounds and gynecologist check, i have them regularly done every 6 months. there are a lot of diseases nowadays that are initially asymptomatic that is why early detection is prompted. as the saying goes "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". have a nice day to you and stay healthy!

Thanks for the reminder. I think I am overdue for one this year. Had my last physical last year and all was good.

This serves as a reminder for me. I do have schedule this coming 15th. I do it regularly. It is good to maintain our health condition. As we grow older, the more we need to have monitoring and check ups for our self yet this may need more money for others. However, there were times we heard some promotions like in mall regarding a free check up and it is a good opportunity to grab. They are trusted doctor's and wanting to promote their services for free.

Unfortantly I have to have my blood tested every 3 or 4 months for liver problems. I have multiple sclrosis and the shot that I take to slow down having attacks of numbness can cause liver problems and also I take something for having high cholestral. So I have to get checked regurly.
