are you taste the SINAMPALUKANG CHICKEN..?? or the ADOBO CHICKEN IN PHILIPPINES..?

i love both dishes but my favorite is chicken adobo..i always cook it.. the sinampalukan is my mother's in laws favorite... we enjoy eating our own dishes.. sometimes i mixed chicken and pork adobo for a twist of flavor..

this discussion got my attention because it's almost lunch time and my mom is already cooking, guess what? not sinampalukang chicken.. but chicken adobo.. I could smell the soy sauce and vinegar and garlic plus a sweet smell.. now i'm excited to eat.. yum! yum!

I've had the chicken adobo its delicious..I've even had spare rib adobo not as good but still up there

i havent tried sinampalukang chicken. they say it's really good. a different taste. and the adobo chicken? it would taste good if you'll add sugar to it. sweet and sour and salty. yummy!
