Does Homepage Friends accept and pay international members?

Are you guys familiar with Homepage Friends (Mysearchfunds)? I would like to know if they accept and pay international members? Im from the philippines. I'd like to try it but I want to be sure if I would pe paid. I've tried scour and some say homepage friends is better. Thanks!

They are suppose to pay international users but lately I have seen a lot of complaints about them. mainly people who have earned enough but are waiting payment even after 60 days. I think there are probably better options out there if you want to earn. But that is just my opinion.
